Voldemort was dead. Nobody in their right mind would cry about that.

Potter was standing under a bunch of mistletoe, an utterly gormless look on his face. A dark-haired girl (a Ravenclaw, if Severus was not mistaken) was closing in on him. Her eyes were full of tears. Then she was in Potter's arms, slobbering and sobbing all over him.

Severus drew back, his lip curling disdainfully.

When all this was over, he would teach the brat what a kiss should be.
